These terms apply to organizers who post events, request volunteers, and manage volunteer participation through EVNTS.

• Provide accurate event details and contact information.
• Ensure all information shared on the platform is genuine and up to date.
• Arrange basic facilities such as food, drinking water, and necessary support for volunteers during their assigned shifts.
• Assign duties clearly and provide proper guidance before and during the event.
• Treat all volunteers with respect and maintain a safe, professional, and harassment-free environment.
• Inform volunteers promptly about any schedule or duty changes.
• Avoid cancelling confirmed volunteer requirements unless absolutely necessary.
• Organizers are responsible for managing the event, permissions, security, and compliance with applicable laws.
• Do not misuse volunteers for personal work or assign tasks unrelated to the event without their consent.
• Any damage caused intentionally to volunteer belongings or any form of misconduct may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
• The platform acts only as a bridge between organizers and volunteers and is not responsible for event operations or disputes.
• Any changes to confirmed arrangements should be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in suspension, permanent removal from the platform, or other appropriate action.
• By posting an event or requesting volunteers, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
